We can identically reproduce your home or your friend or family's lost home/business or we can get your home/business upgraded, many times at no additional expense to you. Our buying power and the current competitive market will lower your building costs and you will be surprised, just how much, you can upgrade your lost home or business. We can help with all aspects of the rebuild including but not limited to communicating with your insurance company, referring a highly qualified architect and in getting all needed building permits. We also offer the option of a relatively inexpensive "Estimate only" for your proposal of Re-Build to your insurance company. In many cases your insurance company will reimburse the cost of this estimate to you, if you decide to use us to actually re-build your home or business. If not, we will deduct the cost of the estimate from our actual cost of re-build.
